Calendar 2023 Submission Deadline

All submissions for 2023 MDRGC Activities Calendar must be submitted no later than 9 PM on September 9th 2023.

Please do your best to have your dates for 2023 ready and submitted prior to the deadline.   There are no guarantees after this date on any venue or day.    With the amount of disciplines we have as well as the number of events that occur, we cannot wait until the last moment.   It takes a great deal of time to schedule every discipline, every holiday that occurs, special events, staff closures etc etc.

We will do our best to schedule late submissions, but before anyone agrees to any event date after the deadline, you are required to check the calendar or speak to the club secretary to ensure that date is available for your event.   Please note that all championship events and  club special events take precedence over any monthly discipline shoot.   Your date may be reschedule to the same day of the week, in the same month or other special arrangements may be considered.
