ALL MEMBERS ARE URGED TO ATTEND THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE SOCIETY

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU BRING YOU CURRENT CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARD AND SIGN IN AT THE DOOR.  A CURRENT CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARD WILL ENSURE THAT YOU ARE ISSUE AN ELECTIONS VOTING CARD.  WITHOUT A VOTING CARD YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO REGISTER YOUR VOTE.

Elections will be held for the positions designated for this year.  Nomination will not be accepted from the floor.  Nomination will be closed at the “November General Meeting on November 5th 2018

All members will note that all speakers will be held to a 2 minutes time limit.  The exception being for those that presenting year ending reports of their discipline, the range, or a position (re: Presidents report).  All reports are to be concise and a digital copy of the report must be sent to the secretary before or after the meeting.

Any Club “New Business or Motions” must be submitted in writing one week prior to the meeting so the due diligence of the Board of Executives or the Board of Trustee can be preformed.
