All members are urged to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Society

Please ensure that you bring you current club membership card and sign in at the door.  A current club membership card will ensure that you are issue an Elections voting card.  Without a voting card you will not be permitted to register your vote.

Elections will be held for the positions designated for this year.  Nomination will not be accepted from the floor.  Nomination will be closed at the “November General Meeting on November 6th 2017

Any Club “New Business or Motions” must be submitted in writing one week prior to the meeting so the due diligence of the Board of Executives or the Board of Trustee can be preformed.
