SPECIAL BYLAWS REVIEW MEETING

(THIS IS ONLY FOR BYLAW REVIEW, NO OTHER BUSINESS WILL BE ENTERTAINED)

There will be Special Meetings on July 18^th 2022 and August 8^th 2022 at 6 pm in the clubhouse.

The purpose of the special meetings will be to discuss and approve revised updated bylaws by the membership. The last Bylaw revision was in April of 2013. These proposed revised bylaws have been revised by the Bylaw Committee and have been reviewed and approved in principle by both the Board of Directors and the Board of Trustees.

The Bylaws are available for your review in the member’s section of the MDRGC website as well as on the bulletin board in the clubhouse.

To facilitate a smooth transition through the process, each bylaw or section will have a motion to amend the current bylaw, seconded, discuss the proposed amendments, make any further amendments if required and vote on for acceptance by the membership. The Bylaws will come into effect once all of the proposed Bylaws have been approved.

There will be no other motions and or discussion of any other business at these meetings other than for the purpose of the the bylaw(s) at hand.

Additional Special Meetings may be scheduled as needed.
