The Board of Directors meeting for this evening has had to be cancelled. Three Directors are on Vacation and one has had a family medical emergency, so we are unable to make a quorum.  The meeting will therefore be rescheduled for an evening sometime in the next two weeks.  I will re-post the new meeting…
