The Board of Directors meeting is restricted due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Invited guests only! Sorry for any inconvenience. If you have a matter that needs an answer, please send an email to Tex Mahler, President. president@mdrgc.ca.
Members, Discipline chairs, Range Chairs, Special Event Coordinator/Coordinators and Member of the Board of Trustees, may be asked to attend the meeting in an official capacity, and can participate in the discussion pertaining to the business or discussion for which their input was requested.
Voting on “Motions” during a Board of Executive meeting is restricted to Board members only.
Dialogue is restricted to Board Members only unless you are asked to participate in the discussion.
If you want to address the board on a matter, please make your request in writing to the President at the very minimum of one week prior to the next scheduled Board Meeting.
