All discipline Chairs, Special Events Coordinators or their representative must be in attendance for this meeting
The meeting will be held in the Solarium of the Mission Spring Restaurant between 3 pm and 6 pm on Sunday October 28th 2018!
Please bring your copy of your discipline requested dates, as well as any documents that were issued to you by the Secretary of the club with regards to the calendar.
